Hiring for Maintenance Supervisor – Wiring Harness, PCB/SMT & Bus Bar

Greetings!
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical for ensuring the reliability and performance of our manufacturing equipment.

  • Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred
Specific Skills
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of machine repair and troubleshooting (mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems).
  • Preventive Maintenance: Ability to design and execute maintenance plans.
  • Problem-Solving: Skilled in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead a maintenance team and ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Communication: Clear reporting and coordination with production and client teams.
Responsible For
  • Oversee maintenance activities for wiring harness assembly machines, wire extrusion machines, SMT lines, and bus bar bending machines.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in production equipment.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurement.
  • Document maintenance activities and prepare reports for management.
  • Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and ensure quick restoration of operations.
  • Coordinate with clients for technical support and handle complaints related to equipment performance.
Additional Requirements
  • Familiarity with wiring harness, SMT, extrusion, and bus bar bending machines.
  • Knowledge of lean tools (Kaizen, 5S) and continuous improvement.
